Company's Deep-Sea Large-Capacity Green Intelligent Wind Power Transformer Included in Shandong Energy Equipment Recommended Catalog and Presented on Stage

On May 31, the 2024 Shandong Second Phase Energy Industry Collaborative Development Matchmaking Conference, hosted by the Shandong Provincial Energy Administration, was held in Jinan. Under the theme "New Forces, Smart Progress, Green Development," the conference unveiled the outcomes of the first-phase matchmaking event and released the 2024 Shandong Energy Sector Large-Scale Equipment Renewal and Recommendation Catalog for New Technologies, New Products, and New Equipment. The Company's independently developed 69kV deep-sea large-capacity green intelligent wind power transformer was featured in this prestigious catalog.

The large-scale equipment renewal initiative in the energy sector comprised four dedicated promotion sessions. In the new energy equipment session, the Company's 69kV deep-sea large-capacity green intelligent wind power transformer was showcased as a representative product, with Mr. Zhang Jincheng, Manager of the Technical Department, delivering a product presentation on stage. Compared with similar products, this transformer offers significant energy-saving benefits, with no-load losses reduced by 6%, load losses reduced by 8.75%, hot-spot temperature rise lowered by 6% to 7%, and resistance to sudden short circuits improved by 16%. The product has successfully completed type testing at the Transformer Laboratory of Shenyang Transformer Research Institute Co., Ltd., under the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The successful R&D of this product is expected to break the monopoly of Siemens and ABB, effectively advance China's deep-sea wind power industry, fill the domestic gap in "deep-sea wind turbine transformers," and support the high-quality development of new energy equipment in Shandong Province.
